自20世纪90年代开始,全球化的浪潮开始席卷全球,并且在政治、经济、社会与文化等方面,造成一个长期而深远的影响。而伴随着全球化的现象,经济上的变革也连带影响了船舶制造业,迫使其不得不进行改革。随着我国以成为全球第二大贸易大国与第一大制船国,为加大对船舶制造业的发展,提升其制造技艺,一方面需要强化技术改造,更重要的是要提升船舶生产设计中的管理体制。管理薄弱的问题开始成为社会一大问题,对于这一个问题已成为每一个人及社会都需要面对的问题,他不仅仅是一个人的问题,涉及到企业、政府等的社会责任。21世纪,我国政府及造船企业已逐渐建立了完善的管理制度,积极推动我国造船业的发展。文章基于我国造船相关理论,详细探讨船舶生产设计及管理体制。
