激励对独立学院开展大学生学风建设的作用

学风是高校的灵魂,它对学生成长成才以及高校本身的持续、稳定、健康发展来说都具有十分重要的现实意义。然而,目前独立学院大学生学风的状况不容乐观,存在一些问题。文章试从激励的角度,希望能对独立学院开展大学生学风建设提出一些建议与对策。

The studying spirit is the soul of universities.It has an important meaning for the students and the universities on the stable,sustained and coordinated development.However,the studying spirit in the private college is not so good,and there are some problems at present.In this article,the authors want to put forward some advice by motivation mechanism.
