作为生物工程技术的核心,基因工程的发展与应用,给食品等工业部门带来了深刻的影响。文章首先回顾了基因工程的发展简史,然后在改善食品原料品质、改良果蔬存储与保鲜特性、新型食品开发等方面综述了基因工程在食品工业中的应用,描绘了基因工程给食品工业带来更的美好前景。
As the development and applieatior~ of the core of biological engineering technology, genetic engineering, to the food industry has brought a profound impact.
