[ Objective] The mechanism of antiseptic cream myogenic was revealed from the angle of cytokines to provide theoretical basis for clini- cal application. [ Method] Experiment with Wistar rats were studied, by detecting indicators such as the expression level of VEGF and bFGFmRNA of skin coloboma model rats wound tissue. [ Result] The results showed that: Antiseptic cream myogenic can improve VEGF and bFGFmRNA levels of the wound tissue,[Conclusion] Antiseptic cream myogenic can promote the proliferation and differentiation of vascular endothelial call and fibro- blast, and thus promote wound healing.
