跟骨骨折临床研究进展

跟骨骨折是临床常见的骨折之一,由于跟骨及周围解剖结构复杂,局部软组织覆盖少,治疗困难,且并发症多。近年来,随着临床医学技术的提高、人们对跟骨解剖结构认识的加深,跟骨骨折的治疗经验日益增多,但对其跟骨骨折分型方法、手术指征、手术入路、不同类型骨折治疗方法的选择上仍存在争论。本文对跟骨骨折的治疗及进展进行综述。

Calcaneal fracture is one of the common clinical fractures. Clinical treatment of calcaneal fractures is very difficult with the poor curative effect. Research suggests that related to the following factors： complex calcaneal anatomic structure, local soft tissue coverage less long, much complications. In recent years, with the development of medical technology, people has more understanding of the calcaneus anatomical structure. Although the treatment of calcaneal fractures experience is increasing, but there is still debate for the parting method, the method of treatment, surgical indications and the choice of surgical approach. This article reviews the treatment and progress of the intra-articular fractures of the calcaneal.
