摘要
目的探讨多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者子宫内膜性激素受体的表达与早期流产的关系。方法选择2011年3月-2012年3月行体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)妊娠成功的PCOS患者78人作为研究对象。所有研究对象均在胚胎移植期应用宫腔吸管取出部分内膜组织后再行胚胎移植,测定内膜雌、孕激素受体(ER、PR)的含量,统计两组早期流产率并进行分析。结果妊娠组与流产组的ER、PR含量存在差异,流产组子宫内膜腺体上ER(0.89±0.22vs.1.73±0.22)间质(0.72±0.25vs.1.89±0.38)表达均明显高于妊娠组(P<0.05),PR的表达(1.65±0.42vs.0.93±0.36)间质(1.43±0.42vs.0.85±0.56),差异具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 PCOS患者子宫内膜的性激素受体表达异常影响子宫内膜的容受性,导致早期流产。
Objective To evaluate the relation between sex hormone acceptor of endometrium and miscarriaget rate. Methods To investigate the pcos who pregnant because of IVF-ET in hosptail as case. All patiente are to be taken endometrium during luteal phase by pipette and accept IVF- ET. Detect the ER, PR of endometrium, analyze the miscarriage rate and the date of ER, PR. Results The number are statistics significant of the number of ER on miscarriage group are more than control group. The number of PR on miscarriage group are less than control group. Conclusion Unnormal sex hormone of endometrium in pcos influence endometrium acception abilty and reduce pregnant rate.
