88例种植体临床疗效观察及失败病例分析

目的通过对2011年10月-2012年10月南京军区杭州疗养院海勤疗区口腔中心收治的88例口腔种植患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。分析、总结1年来种植患者术前、术中及术后的基本情况,并探讨失败病例的可能相关因素。方法 2011～2012年采用ITI和DIO°种植系统的不同类型种植体对88例患者实施115枚人工种植牙植入及修复前后,随访1～24月,失败5枚,成功110枚,对失败病例进行分析。结果种植牙失败的原因可能为术前检查手段单一、适应证选择不当、早期咬合创伤、不良生活习惯等。结论认为术前严格检查,综合各因素分析选择好适应证,术中规范操作,术后避免早期咬合创伤,同时指导患者掌握正确的维护方法是种植成功的前提保障。

Objective To analyze and summarize preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative basic situation of the patients who received dental implant restoration and to investigate the relevant factors associated with the failure of dental implant,through the retrospective study of 88 clinical cases from October 2011 to October 2012. Methods 88 patients receiving 115 dental implants,including the ITI Systerm and the DIO°Systerm,between 2011 and 2012,were included.All patients were followed 1-24 months.There were a total of 5 failure implants and 110 successful implants.To analyze the failure cases. Results The causes of failure included single preoperative examination, inappropriate indications choose,the early occlusal tranma,unhealthy living habits,etc.Conclusion The prerequisite for success including strict preoperative inspection,comprehensive analysis to select suitable indications,standardizing intraoperative operations,avoiding postoperative early occlusal trauma and guiding patients to master correct maintenance methods.
