免费婚前保健+婚姻登记一站式服务效果分析

Results of free premarital health care and one-stop marriage registration service

目的通过"免费婚前保健+婚姻登记一站式服务"模式,提高人们自觉参加婚前保健的积极性,提高婚检率,同时及早发现影响婚育疾患并对患者进行婚育指导,降低出生缺陷发生率。方法采用"免费婚前保健+婚姻登记一站式服务"模式,对来宾市辖区内2008～2011年自愿参加婚前保健的新婚夫妇提供免费婚前保健服务,对婚检结果阳性者进行婚育指导。结果2008～2011年全市婚检率分别为46.36%(11 336/24 453);71.49%(18 158/25 404);92.79%(43 330/46 696)和94.85%(44 974/47 418)。婚检率由免费婚检前(2007年)的0.46%,上升到2011年的94.85%。而出生缺陷发生率由免费婚检前(2007年)的19.3‰,降到2011年的9.51‰。结论免费婚前保健+婚姻登记一站式服务,是提高婚检率的有效方法。

Objective To analyze the results of free premarital health care and one-stop marriage registration service in improvement of residents conscientiousness in participation of premarital health health check-up and reducing the birth de- fects in Laibin city. Methods The ＂Free premarital health care and one-stop marriage registration service＂ model was used to detect the birth defect from voluntarily newly married couples in Laibin city. Results The pre-marital physical examina- tion rates in 2008-2011 were 46.36% （11 336/24 453）, 71.49% （18 158/25 404）, 92.79% （43 330/46 696） and 94.85% （44 974/47 418）, respectively, markedly higher than that of 0.46% in 2007 before implementation of the free pre-marital phys- ical examination..The incidence rate of birth defects declined from 19.3‰ in 2007 to 9.51%o in 2011. Conclusion Free pre- marital health care and one-stop the marriage registration service is an effective method for improvement of pre-marital physi- cal examination rate and reduction of incidence of birth defects in Laibin city.
