摘要
目的通过研究含辅酶Q10软胶囊保健食品中过氧化值含量偏高的现象,建立了一种可排除辅酶Q10干扰的HPLC辅助滴定法测定该类样品中过氧化值的方法。方法采用GB/T5009.56中方法提取辅酶Q10软胶囊中的油脂,HPLC法测定油脂中辅酶Q10的含量,并采用GB/T5009.37中硫代硫酸钠滴定法分别滴定油脂和辅酶Q10的过氧化值,通过计算排除辅酶Q10的干扰达到测定含辅酶Q10软胶囊保健食品中过氧化值的目的。结果 HPLC方法中辅酶Q10在2.00~32.0μg.mL-(1r=0.9998)的范围内线性关系良好。所建的HPLC辅助滴定法通过植物油中添加定量的辅酶Q10标准品验证了所建方法的可行性,含辅酶Q10软胶囊保健食品中过氧化值含量的加标回收率为98.4%,RSD为0.88%。结论该方法排除了辅酶Q10的干扰,解决了该类样品中过氧化值含量偏高的问题,结果准确,适用于含辅酶Q10软胶囊保健食品中过氧化值的测定。
Objective To determine peroxide value in soft capsule containing coenzyme QIO by studying the high peroxide value in these samples. Methods The HPLC was used to determining the content of coenzyme QlO in the grease in soft capsule containing covn zyme Q10 based on GBfrSO09.56 and sodium thiosulfatc titration method was used to determine the peroxide value in soft capsule coenzyme containing Q10 was obtained by getting rid of the interference based on GB/T5009.37. Rosults A good linear relation was obtained in the range of 2.00-32,0 μg.mL-1 for coenzyme Q10 (r=-0.9998)by HPLC. The feaaihility of HPLC auxiliary titration method was verified by adding quantitative coenzyme Q10 in oil. The recovery was 98.4% with the relative standard deviations of 0.88%. Conclusions The proposed method is proved to be accurate with no inteffernce of coenzyme Q10. h is suitable for the determination of peroxide value in soft capsule containing coenzyme Q10.
