摘要
目的探讨脱氧核苷酸钠注射液干预治疗肿瘤化疗引起的白细胞减少及对提高生存质量的疗效。方法对正常执行全身化疗或灌注化疗的120例恶性肿瘤患者,在化疗前和化疗执行的同时,静脉滴注脱氧核苷酸钠注射液,每日1次,每次100～150mg,14～28d为一疗程,观察化疗前后白细胞减少情况,生存质量及副反应情况,与对照组120例未作干预治疗的化疗病人比较分析。参照Karnofsky评分(Kps)评价生存质量(QOL),按照NCICTC3.0版标准评价毒性反应。结果治疗组120例中,化疗后白细胞减少共48例(40%),其中Ⅰ～Ⅱ°31例(25.8%),Ⅲ～Ⅳ°17例(14.2%)。Kps评分下降18例(15%),提高76例(63.3%)。未见相关毒副反应;对照组120例中,化疗后白细胞减少共82例(68.3%),其中Ⅰ～Ⅱ°52例(43.3%),Ⅲ～Ⅳ°30例(25%)。Kps评分下降52例(43.3%),提高仅21例(17.5%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.471～52.33,P<0.05)。结论脱氧核苷酸钠注射液干预治疗肿瘤化疗引起的白细胞减少有显著疗效,同时能提高生存质量,未见毒副反应。
Objective To investigate curative effect of sodium deoxyribonucleotide injection on chemotherapy-induced leucocytopenia and improvement of life quality.Methods The 120 cases of malignant tumors treated with chemotherapy were selected and intervention treated with sodium deoxyribonucleotide injection before and after chemotherapy at doses of 100~150mg per time,once daily for a course of 14~28 days.The results of leukocyte,life quality and toxic reactions were observed and compared with the control group consisted of 120 patients under chemotherapy without intervention therapy.The life quality was evaluated with reference of Karnofsky（Kps）and the toxic reactions was evaluated referring to NCICTC 3.0 version.Results Leucocytopenia occurred to 48 cases in treatment group including 31 in grade ⅠandⅡ,（25.8%） and 17 in grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ（14.2 %）.The Kps was decreased in 18 cases（15%）and 76 patients improved（63.3%）,and no toxic reactions were observed.Leucocytopenia occurred to 82 patients（68.3%）in the control group including 82 with grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ（43.3%）and 30 with greade Ⅲand Ⅳ（25%）.Kps was decreased in 52 patients（43.3%）Kps was improved in 21 cases（17.5%）,showing significant differences（P=0.000,P=0.004,P=0.034,P=0.000,P=0.000）.Conclusions Sodium deoxyribonucleotide injection is effective in treatment of tumor patients with chemotherapy-induced leucopenia,improve their quality of life withour toxicity.
