海南省昌江县暗娼(CSW)人群艾滋病行为学调查

Survey of AIDS behavior among commercial sex workers in Changjiang Li Nationality County,Hainan

目的了解昌江黎族自治县CSW人群艾滋病知识水平和相关的危险行为,为评估干预效果及今后制定对该人群有效干预措施提供可参考的依据。方法采用联合国人口基金项目提供的调查问卷,由经过培训的调查员,在我县娱乐场所中对提供性服务的人群进行一对一的询问调查。结果艾滋病传播途径知识知晓率(UNGASS)为71.60%,最近一次商业性行为时安全套使用者的比例为91.60%,最近一个月商业性行为时每次都使用安全套者的比例为71.30%,接受过HIV检测并知道检测结果者的比例为43.50%,最近一年接受过干预服务者的比例为98.30%。结论昌江黎族自治县暗娼人群的艾滋病预防知识知晓率、安全使用率均较本省其他市县的高,这可能与昌江县自2006年以来推行暗娼人群使用安全套预防艾滋病的防治措施有关。

Objective To understand the HIV related knowledge and risk behavior among commercial sex workers （CSW）,and to provide references for making effective intervention measures in the future. Methods Questionnaire provided by the UNFPA project was used to survey face-to-face by trained interviewers. Results Percentage of CSW who correctly answer HIV transmission routes（UNGASS ）was 71.6%, the rate of condom using in the last commercial sex was 91.6% ,Percentage of CSW who reported the use of a condom for every sexual intercourse in the last month was 71.3% , Percentage of CSW received HIV test and knew the results was 43.5% ,and Percentage of CSW who received HIV intervention service in the last year was 98.3%. Conclusions The rates of AIDS related knowledge and condom use are higher than those in other counties in Hainan province, and it may related to the preventive interventions among CSW since 2006.
