男性尖锐湿疣200例复发影响因素分析

Analysis of factors associated with recurrence male condyloma acuminatum

目的分析男性尖锐湿疣影响复发的因素,为患者临床治疗提供参考。方法对200例男性尖锐湿疣复发患者的文化背景、年龄、生活习惯、心理素质、患病部位等影响因素进行分析,以探讨这些因素与尖锐湿疣复发的关联性。结果复发患者中,初中及以下学历者占82%(123/200),74%复发患者每日有饮酒习惯(111/200)。而心理素质较差,倾向于悲观、焦虑的患者占76%。40岁以下的患者占38%,40岁以上的患者占62%。多数患者的皮损位置较为隐蔽。结论文化背景、心理素质、免疫功能、皮损位置等都是尖锐湿疣复发的影响因素,临床治疗中建议根据患者的上述特点进行个性化的治疗。

Objective To analyze the recurrence factors of the male condyloma acuminatum and provide reference for clinical treatment of patients.Methods The influencing factors associated with the recurrence of condyloma acuminatum in 200 cases were analyzed including the cultural background,gender and age,living habits,psychological quality,prevalence location,to explore the factors associate with recurrence of condyloma acuminatum associated.Results Among the recurrent cases 82% were with the education background of junior middle school（123/200）,74% of the recurrent cases had the habit of daily drinking（111/200）,76% of them had psychological depress,low immunity and pessimistic anxiety.The lesions mainly located in hidden parts.Conclusions The relapse of condyloma acuminatum is closely associated with the living habits,low culture level,poor mental quality,immune dysfunction and relatively concealed lesion.
