党的十八大提出要努力办好人民满意的教育。新时期,社区教育的发展要以十八大精神为引领,以办好居民满意社区教育为目标,密切联系社区教育实际,实现科学发展、持续发展、品质发展。

The 18th National Congress of CPC aimed to make education satisfactory to the people. Accordingly, community education should also aim to make it satisfactory to its citizens. For such a purpose, community education should closely consider the realty of specific community and strive to make it develop in a scientific, sustainable and qualified way.
