摘要
教师教学质量的评价工作是高等教育的一个重要环节。能否合理地、客观地对教师的教学活动做出评价,是教师教学质量评价工作的关键所在。本文首先简述了目前高校教师教学质量评价常用的方法,并对这些方法进行比较研究。最后论证得出,将因子分析法和结构方程模型结合起来对高校教师教学质量进行评价较为客观合理。
The evaluation on teachers' teaching quality is an im- portant link of higher education. How to evaluate teachers' teach- ing activities in a reasonable and impersonal way is crucial for the evaluation of teaching quality. The thesis firstly introduces the common-used methods of the evaluation on teachers' teaching quality nowadays, and then compares these methods, which fi- nally leads to the conclusion that it is more reasonable and objec- tive to combine the factor analysis method and the structural e- quation modeling when evaluating college teachers' teaching quality.
