摘要
在社会转型时期,"90后"新时代的大学生展现了各种鲜明特点,各种问题和新情况更为错综复杂,针对这种情况,辅导员工作如何进行转型,针对新情况进行分化和协作,成为工作上重要的研究部分,正确对自身角色定位处理好与学生以及自身工作与专业课教育的关系,为大学生们构建绿色人生的职业方向,在这个探索过程中不断地创新,在创新中不断提高工作水平。
In the period of social transition, "post-9Os" college students show various characteristics and various kinds of ques- tions and new situation is even more complex, in this kind of sit- uation, work of instructors how to transition, constandy improve the level of work in view of the new situation of differentiation and cooperation, and become an important part of the research work, the correct on their own role positioning deal with students and f their own work and professional class education relationship, to help college students build green life career direction through the exploration process of constant innovation.
