摘要
本文对影响高校青年体育教师教学能力的因素进行分析,对提高高校青年体育教师教学能力培养理念、平台、策略和方式方法,具有一定意义。
The analysis of the factors that affect the ability of young PE teachers teaching in this paper has a certain signifi- cance to improve the ability of young PE teachers＇ teaching cul- ture, platform, strategy, and ways and means.
