高校家庭经济困难学生综合能力提升探析——以东北大学家庭经济困难学生为例 被引量:6

摘要 高校的大规模扩招和收费制度的实施,使得家庭经济贫困学生(以下简称"贫困生")的人数和所占比重逐年增加,他们在学业、就业和人际交往等方面出现的心理问题越来越引起社会、政府和高校的重视。高校如何在做好贫困生经济资助的同时,帮助他们塑造健全的人格、培养自强自立的品性、提升综合素质,已成为当前各高校需要思考和研究的课题。本文结合东北大学贫困生资助现状,在给予贫困生物质资助的同时,进一步探讨如何提升困难学生综合能力。 The expanding enrollment of colleges and universities in a large scale and the charging system have been making the number and proportion of poverty stricken students increased year by year. These poverty stricken students have some psycho- logical problems in education, employment and interpersonal communication which attract attention from the society, govern- ment, colleges and universities. Recently, all colleges and uni- versities should research how to finance these students, help them shape a healthy personality, cultivate the qualities of self-re- liance, and enhance the overall quality. Based on the research of funding poverty stricken students in Northeastern University, this paper further explores how to improve students' comprehensive abilities while school gives material aid for poor students.
