Research on the Teaching Method of Teachers in the Third Type of Undergraduate Colleges of the First Lesson

随着高等教育精英教育向大众化教育的转变,近年来,三本院校发展迅猛。在高等教育大众化背景下,扩招带来生源质量的下滑是一个不争的事实,如何提高教学质量成为当前三本院校面临的突出问题。文章从分析三本院校学生特点入手,阐述了三本院校教师第一堂课的影响和作用,针对三本院校学生自身特点,提出了三本院校教师第一堂课的有效的教授方法。

With the transformation of higher education elite edu- cation to popularization education, in recent years, the third type of undergraduate colleges developed rapidly.In the context of popularization of higher education, expansion enrollment has brought a decline in student quality is an indisputable fact, and how to improve the quality of teaching has become a prominent problem in the cmTent third type of undergraduate colleges.The article analyzes the characteristics of students, and discusses the influence and function of teachers in the third type of undergrad- uate colleges, according to student＇s own characteristics, puts for- ward the teachin~ method of effective teacher in the first lesson.
