护理专业新生临床“认知实践”实施体会

Implementation Experience of Clinical "Cognitive Practice" within the Freshmen of Nursing Profession

目的:探讨护理专业临床认知实践对新生专业认知度的影响。方法:用量表对新生认知实践前后对专业认知度比较。结果:通过认知实践后,学生对专业认知度均有明显提高,并就对护理专业是否感兴趣进行了实践前后比较,差异显著(P<0.01)。结论:对护理专业新生进行认知实践可以加强学生对专业的认识,明确专业方向,有利于提高学生的学习兴趣。

Objective： To investigate the influence of the clinical cognitive practice within the nursing profession on the freshmen＇s professional recognition. Method： Compare the freshmen＇s pro- fessional recognition from before and after the cognitive practice by the scale. Result： Via the cognitive practice, the students＇ pro- fessional recognition increased obviously, and the difference which happened in the attitude towards the nursing profession before and after the practice was significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The cognitive practice within the freshmen could enhance the students＇ knowledge with the profession, identify the professional orientation and be useful to intensify the interest in learning.
