摘要
随着社会的发展和高等教育改革的不断深化,高校辅导员由最初单一的思想政治辅导员发展成为承担着教育、管理等多重任务的高校学生工作的主要力量。现实中,许多高校辅导员主要忙于繁琐的日常事务管理,把工作重心放在学生的日常管理和组织活动中,忽略了教育职责,导致他们往往对于学生心理、思想及个人成长方面的关注时间不够。而大学生则不太会主动向辅导员老师反映自身存在的困难或问题,不敢把心里话说出来。因此从辅导员工作实际出发,该文提出以"班级日记"的形式对班级学生进行教育管理。并从减轻辅导员工作负担、增强集体凝聚力、提高学生干部工作主动性及培养学生自我管理能力四个方面阐述了班级日记在班级管理工作中的成效。
With the development of society and the deeply reform of high education, college counselors are not simply political ed- ucator any more, they become the main force in college students matters and undertake education, class management and other matters. In daily work, many college counselors are busy with te- dious day-to-day management, and organize classes' activities. However, they always ignore or pay less attention on students' psychological, ideological and personal problems. Meanwhile, college students do not initiatively tell counselor about their diffi- culties or problems, and dare not to speak out the truth. Thus, on the basis of this reality, the paper proposes class diary as the method of class education manggement, And it elaborates from four aspects of class management effectiveness about "class di- ary": reducing the workload of counselors, enhancing the collec- tive cohesion, improving student leaders work initiative, and de- veloping students' self-management skills.
