As the development of health care reform is deepening, the economic value and social effect generated by hospital culture is becoming more and more obvious, and the competition of the medical service market has developed from the competition of technology and service to a higher brand competition. Therefore as an advanced management philosophy and management method, hospital culture has become a motive power of the con- tinuous, stable and healthy development of the brand hospital.
