摘要
本文以荧光增白剂VBL为例,对浸染法检测增荧光增白剂的增白强度进行了不确定度评定,通过数学模型对检测过程中的不确定度来源进行了分析,并对各分量进行了评定合成,给出了标准的评定方法,评定中分别采取考虑和不考虑荧光强度引入的不确定度分量,评定的扩展不确定度分别是2.4分和0.6分,实际工作中,荧光强度引入的不确定度分量为检测质量的主要影响因素。
Took Fluorescent Brightener VBL for example, the uncertainty of whitening strength of it in dip dyeing was evaluated. The factors of uncertainty in determination were analyzed by setting up math models, and each component was combined. A standard method for evaluating uncertainty was given. By this means, calculating the component of fluorescent strength uncertainty or not would bring about 2. 4 or 0. 6 percents for extended uncertainty, respectively. In fact, the component of fluorescent strength uncertainty was the main factor in determination.
