摘要
冬虫夏草(Ophiocordyceps sinensis)是线虫草科真菌寄生在蝙蝠蛾科昆虫幼虫上的子座及幼虫尸体的复合物,具有重要的药理作用。采用正交实验设计法对以昆虫松毛虫为氮源基质的冬虫夏草真菌液体发酵多糖的条件进行了优化,获得最优发酵条件为:起始pH为7.0、接种量为11%、培养温度为24℃、摇床转速为160r/min,在此条件下胞外多糖的产量可达29.182mg/100mL。
Ophiocordyceps sinensis (formerly Cordyceps sinensis) or ‘Dongchong Xiacao’ in Chinese is a special type of mushroom,which is formed on an insect larva infected by the fungus.It is a rare and precious medicinal mushroom with great medicinal value.In this paper,the liquid fermentation conditions of O.sinensis mycelial exo-polysaccharides were optimized by means of orthogonal design.The results showed that the optimal fermentation conditions were:original pH 7.0,inculum quantity 11%,temperature 24 ℃,rotatory speed 160 r/min.Under this conditions,the production of exo-polysaccharides reached 29.182 mg/100 mL.
