摘要
以多糖提取率为评价指标,通过单因素和正交实验设计对超声提取工艺条件进行优化。通过体外的氧化反应体系评价了蛹虫草多糖总还原力、羟基自由基清除能力、DPPH清除能力。结果显示:超声提取蛹虫草多糖最佳工艺参数为超声功率93%、超声时间40min、超声温度50℃、料液比1:40,在此条件下进行的验证实验多糖提取率达到15.48%。蛹虫草多糖有较强的羟基自由基清除能力和DPPH清除能力,但总还原力较差。结果表明,蛹虫草多糖显示出较强的抗氧化活性,为蛹虫草多糖的深入研究和开发利用提供重要的理论基础。
With the yield of polysaccharide as the evaluaton index, optimizing ultrasonic extraction conditions by a single factor experiment and an orthogonal test. Through in vitro oxidation reaction system evaluation reducing power, hydroxy radical scavenging capacity, DPPH scavenging capacity of polysaccharide from Cordyceps militaris. Experimental results indicated that the optimal conditions of ultrasonic extraction was ultrasonic power 93%, ultrasonic processing time of 40 min, ultrasonic temperature 50 ℃ and solid-liquid ratio 1:40, The yield was 15.48% under optimized conditions. The results of antioxidation experiment showed that Cordyceps militaris polysaccharide had very good potential for scavenging hydroxyl radical and DPPH, but poorly to reducing power. The result showed that the polysaccharide showed strong antioxidant activity, and providing important theoretical basis for in depth researching and exploiting of Cordyceps militaris polysaccharide.
