阿克苏“次等枣”环磷酸腺苷提取工艺优化 被引量:3

Optimization of the extraction on cAMP from inferior Aksu jujube

摘要 以水为溶剂,回流提取阿克苏"次等枣"中环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)。使用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法分析,以cAMP含量为考察指标,研究了提取时间、提取温度、提取次数和料液比对环磷酸腺苷提取效果的影响,经正交优化试验得到最佳工艺条件为:提取次数一次、提取时间为3.5h、提取温度为80℃、料液比为1:15。阿克苏"次等枣"中环磷酸腺苷含量为346μg/g。 Cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) of inferior jujube from Aksu was obtained by circumfluence distillation with water.The content of cAMP was analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method.The effects of extraction time,extraction temperature,extraction times and solid-liquid ratio on the extraction efficiency of cAMP were investigated with the level of cAMP as index.The optimum extraction condition was optimized by orthogonal experiment,and the results showed that the extraction times were 1 time,the extraction time was 3.5 h,the extraction temperature was 80 ℃,the solid-liquid ratio was 1:15.Under the optimum parameters,the extraction rate of cAMP of inferior jujube from Aksu was up to 346 μg/g.
