摘要 目的:为蛙类生物活性肽的研究及开发利用提供参考。方法:数据库检索,查阅国内外文献,对肽的分类、分子结构、检测方法、提取纯化方法和生物活性评价等进行综述。结果:蛙类活性肽资源丰富,来源广泛、种类众多、分子结构复杂,主要具有抗菌、刺激胰岛素分泌和抗肿瘤等功效,尤其抗菌性是目前肽研究利用的一个重要方向。结论:肽组学逐渐成为研究焦点,一种蛙可含有属于不同肽家族的多种肽,肽结构与其药理活性密切相关,多肽的高效提取可为进一步研究肽的生物学活性及有效利用提供基础。 Objective: To provide the reference for research and development on BAPs from skin extracts and/or skin secretions of frog. Methods: Based on the literature about BAPs of frog at home and abroad through various databases, the characteristics and bioactivities of peptides were reviewed, respectively. Results: BAPs are rich in resources. They mainly have antibacterial, antiviral, insulin-releasing ant antitumor activities, especially at present, antibacterial activity is the most important direction. Conclusions: peptidomic analysis has become a focus of research. A single frog specie contains several peptides belonging to different families. Structure of peptides are closely related to biological activities, the further chemical and pharmacological research on peptides will play an important role for the utilization of peptides reasonably.
