衡阳市城区住院分娩儿早吸吮现状调查及相关影响因素分析

Investigation on current situation of early sucking of hospitalized neonates in urban areas of Hengyang city and analysis on related influencing factors

目的:了解衡阳市城区住院分娩儿早吸吮现况及相关影响因素。方法:在衡阳市城区各综合性医院及妇幼保健院对部分住院分娩儿进行母乳喂养早吸吮和首次吸吮时间延后相关影响因素进行问卷调查;并采用卡方检验和单因素分析对获得的数据进行处理与分析。结果:衡阳市城区住院分娩儿母乳喂养率为76.59%,早吸吮率为10.6%;进行早吸吮的婴儿中母乳喂养率为96.67%,而未进行早吸吮的婴儿母乳喂养率为74.3%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.76,OR=10.00)。产妇及其家属对早吸吮相关知识的正确掌握(χ2=0.319,P=0.000)及获得医护人员帮助(χ2=0.319,P=0.000)与早吸吮率高低有明显相关性。结论:衡阳市城区住院分娩儿早吸吮率较低,应加强产前母乳喂养相关信息的宣传、积极提供社会支持,提高早吸吮率,促进母乳喂养。

Objective： To understand the situation of early sucking of infants at present in Hengyang city and the influencing fac- tors. Methods： The situation of early sucking and delaying situation of early sucking for the first time were investigated by questionnaire sur- vey, chi - square test and single factor analysis were used to deal with the data acquired. Results ： The breastfeeding rate for delivery babies was 76. 59% in hospitals of Hengyang city and the breastfeeding rate of early sucking infants was 74. 3%. The breasffeeding rate reached as high as 96. 7% for early sucking infants compared with those who were not （74. 3% ） , there was statistically significant difference （X2 = 7.7 6 〉 3.84, OR = 10. 00 〉 1 ） . The early sucking rate had a significant correlation with the proper knowledge of early sucking popularized a- mong puerpera and their families, there was statistically significant difference （ P = 0. 000, sig = 0. 319 ） and with the necessary help from medical workers, there was statistically significant difference （ P = 0. 000, sig = 0. 319 ） . Conclusion ： Low sucking rate （ only 10. 6% ） is a major aspect affecting breastfeeding rate in Hengyang city. Dissemination of relevant information about breasffeeding prenatal should be strengthened and the efficient support for early sucking rate are required to advance breasffeeding.
