右美托咪啶对腹腔镜子宫切除术全麻效果的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨预先静脉注射小剂量右美托咪啶对腹腔镜子宫切除术患者全麻效果的影响。方法:择期行子宫切除术患者60例随机分为实验组(D组)和对照组(C组)各30例。D组静脉注射右美托咪啶0.5μg/kg,10 min内注射完,C组静脉注射同等容量的生理盐水,5 min后开始麻醉诱导。分别记录两组患者输注右美托咪啶前(T0)、输毕后5 min(T1)、麻醉诱导前(T2)、诱导后1 min(T3)、2 min(T4)、插管即刻(T5)、插管后1 min(T6)、3 min(T7)、手术开始即刻(T8)的平均动脉压、心率,记录麻醉时间、手术时间、手术结束至拔管时间、术毕患者清醒时间以及拔管时患者有无呛咳反射,记录各患者丙泊酚和舒芬太尼的用量以及各组患者使用阿托品、麻黄碱的用量。结果:与C组比较,D组拔管呛咳减少,丙泊酚和舒芬太尼用量减少,阿托品使用率增加。结论:腹腔镜子宫切除术全麻诱导前预先静脉注射右美托咪啶可提高全麻质量。
