气相色谱法测试卷烟烟气冷凝物中薄荷醇国际标准的研究

Results of Collaborative Tests on International Standard: Cigarettes-Determination of Menthol in Smoke Condensates Gas Chromatographic Method

介绍了国内6家实验室研究国际标准ISO13110：2012《卷烟烟气冷凝物中薄荷醇的测定气相色谱法》精密度、萃取时间对测试结果的影响及其适用性等。结果表明：①萃取20与60min对薄荷醇测试结果无显著影响；②该研究得到的精密度与ISO13110：2012处于同一数量级，重复性限（r）与薄荷醇含量的比值小于10％，再现性限（兄）与薄荷醇含量的比值为25％～45％。ISO13110：2012规定的气相色谱法适用于国产薄荷型卷烟的测定。

Collaborative test on the ISO 13110：2012 ＂Cigarettes-Determination of menthol in smoke eondensates-Gas chromatographic method＂ was conducted in six domestic laboratories. The results showed that： 1） Extracting for 20 or 60 minutes had no significant influence on the determining results of menthol; 2） The precision of these studies was in the same order of magnitude as those described in ISO 13110：2012, the ratio of repeatability limit （r） to the mean of menthol contents was less than 10% and the ratio of reproducibility limit （R） to the mean of menthol contents ranged from 25% to 45%. The GC method described in ISO 13110： 2012 is suitable for domestic menthol cigarettes.
