自然界中华按蚊生态生命表的制定(英文)

摘要 目的:探讨中华按蚊自然状态下的动态变化。方法:于1994年-1995年在郑州地区,对中华按蚊自然种群第5、6、7、8世代的生命表进行了研究。结果:共建立了8个生命表,从中可以看出:进入雨季后,死亡关键因素K值中,K5最高,K9次之。用Valey的图解分析法和Podoler的回归分析法进行了关键因素分析。根据l995a的生命表资料绘制了当年5-8代的存活曲线。种群趋势指数I值均大于1,第5代的I值最高。结论:中华按蚊自然种群死亡的第1关键因素是大暴雨引起l-2龄幼虫的死亡,第2关键因素是捕食引起的3—4龄幼虫的死亡。最高死亡率出现在l-2龄幼虫阶段。存活曲线均属于SlobodkinⅣ型。在郑州地区6、7、8月份内,中华按蚊自然种群数量均是增加的,第5代增加的最高(I=34.4548)。 Aim: To observe the dynamics' changes of Anopheles sinensis under natural conditions. Methods: By means of the life table, the 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th generations of Anopheles sinensis natural population in Zhengzhou region were studied from 1994 to 1995. Results: According to the life tables established we found that during rainy seasons, k5 was the highestamong all of the k-values, followed by k9. Key factor analysis was conducted by using Varley's diagram and Podoler's regression method re- spectively. The survival curves of 5-8 generations were plotted in terms of the life table data in 1995. The population tendency indices(I) of all life tables were greater than 1 and the I-value of the 5th generation was the highest. Conclusion: The first key factor of the natural population of An. sinensis was the death of the 1-2 instar larvae caused by the heavy storm and the second was the predatory death of the 3-4 instar larvae. The highest mortality occurred at the stage of 1-2 instar larvae. The type of survival curves belonged to slobodkin Ⅳ. The results suggest that the number of the natural population of An. sinensis in Zhengzhou increases during the June, July and August, and the increase in the number of the 5th generation (I = 34.458 4)was the highest.
