摘要
介绍了全电式AMT选换挡执行机构的工作原理,在对同步器自学习控制、退选换挡的时序控制、选换挡执行机构的精确控制及其故障诊断策略等进行分析的基础上,设计了同步器控制策略。基于Matlab构建控制模型对所提出的控制策略进行离线仿真,并基于dSPACE进行实时仿真,验证了控制策略的正确性。
Operating principle of shifting actuator of electrically-controlled AMT is introduced in the paper. Synchronizer control strategy of is designed based on the analysis of synchronizer self-learning control, selector sequential control, precise control of gear shift actuator and trouble shooting strategy. Off-line simulation is made to the control strategy proposed based on control model constructed in Matlab, and correctness of this control strategy is verified based on dSPACE real-time simulation.
