武汉地区中老年人血浆多不饱和脂肪酸5种组分气相色谱法参考值范围的建立

摘要 目的建立武汉地区中老年健康人群血浆多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)5种组分的气相色谱(GC)法参考值范围。方法GC法检测400例中老年健康人群(男性197例,女性203例)血浆PUFA组分水平,包括亚油酸(LA,C18:2n-6)、花生四烯酸(AA,C20:4n-6)、二十碳五烯酸(EPA,C20:5n-3)、α-亚麻酸(α-ALA,C18:3n-3)和二十二碳六烯酸(DHA,C22:6n-3)。结果①中老年健康人群血浆LA,AA,EPA,α-ALA和DHA水平分别是544.07±146.29,114.56±36.16,1.74(0.00,5.00),7.08(3.83,10.91)和41.98±17.15pg/ml。女性DHA,LA和AA水平较男性高;ω-6族脂肪酸总含量及LA,AA水平随年龄增加而增高。②5种PUFA的P2.5~P97.5参考区间分别为:257.34~830.80,43.79~185.49,0.00~19.61,0.26~19.35和11.62~78.48μg/ml。结论初步建立了武汉地区中老年健康人群多不饱和脂肪酸5种组分的参考值范围。 Objective To establish the recommend reference intervals of plasma five polyunsaturated fatty acids for middleaged healthy population from Wuhan by gas chromatography. Methods Gas chromatography method was used to determine fasting plasma levels of five plasma polyunsaturated fatty acids,including α-linoleic acid (LA, C18:3 n-6), arachidonic acid (AA,C20:4 n-6), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA, C20:5 n-3), linolenic acid (ALA, C18: 2 n-3) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA,C22:6 n-3) in 400 healthy middle-aged individuals (male 197, female 203). Results (1) The concentrations of plasma α-linoleic acid, arachidonic acid, eicosapentaenoic acid, linolenic acid, docosahexaenoic acid were 544. 07 ± 146.29, 114. 56±36.16,1.74 (0.00,5.00) ,7.08(3.83,10. 91) and 41. 98±17. 15 μg/ml,respectively. The levels of DHA,LA and AA were higher in the females than the males,and the concentrations of LA,AA and total of α-6 fatty acids increased with age. (2)The reference intervals (P2.5-P97.5) of LA,AA,EPA,α-ALA,DHA were 257.34-830. 80,43.79-185.49,0.00 -19.61,0. 26-19.35 and 11.62-78. 48μg/ml. Conclusion The recommend reference intervals of plasma five polyunsaturated fatty acids for middle-aged healthy population were primarily established.
