不同方法对军团菌环境分离株的鉴定和分型

Different Methods to Identify and Cluster the Legionella Strains Isolated from Environment

摘要 目的应用不同分型方法对环境分离的军团菌进行鉴定和分型,并进行结果比较。方法采用脂肪酸分型法,16S rRNA和mip基因分型法,对澳门公共场所环境水体所分离的55株军团菌进行鉴定和分型,并对结果进行分析和比较。结果脂肪酸分型将55株军团菌分为10个群共8个种,16SrRNA和mip分型结果相近,都将所有菌株分为6个群共6个种,树状图一致性较高。结论三种方法均可在鉴定细菌的同时进行分型研究,大部分菌株结果相同,少数菌株存在差异,实际应用时最好是多种方法同时进行以确保结果的准确性。 Objective Different methods were used to identify and cluster the Legionella strains isolated from environment, and the results were compared. Methods Fatty acid analysis, 16S rRNA and mip gene method,were used to identify and categorize 55 Legionella strains which were isolated from aquatic environment of public places in Macao,results from different methods were analysis and compared. Results All Legionella strains were divided to 10 groups and 8 species with fatty acid analysis, while 6 groups 6 species with 16S rRNA and mip methods,and the conformity of dendrograms were higher. Conclusion All of the three methods can identify and cluster Legionella, and most of the results were identical, some strains got different results. It is better to use various methods at the same time for accurate results.
