世纪之交的多元选择——再谈中医之“变”

Multiple Choice at the Turn of Centuries

针对当前学术界对中医学术发展存在着的“两极震荡”现象 ,认为应当在明确中医学是门科学等几个基本前提的基础上展开学术讨论 ,并对“中医的内涵”、“按自身规律发展”等问题进行了剖析。强调科学的发展 ,就是概念的更替 ,在弘扬传统和变革旧体系的过程中应该做到科学精神与人文精神的有机统一 ;既要遵循科学技术发展的一般规律 ,也应充分考虑中医与母体文化之间的密切联系 ,根据中国人生活方式的剧变所引发的健康与卫生问题 ,作出理论体系及其技术方法的调整与变革 ;在发展与变革的探索中 ,要允许多途径选择、多方式探讨 ,乃至于形成多元化并存的格局。

In light of the “bipolar vibration”phenomena existed in the development of Chinese medicine in current academic field,it is thought that academic discussion should be based on the fact that Chinese medicine is a science.The issues on “the connotation of Chinese medicine” and “the development law of Chinese medicine” are analyzed.It is stresssed that the development of science is the alternation of concepts.Scientific spirit should organically unite with humanistic spirit in the course of developing convention and alternation of old system.We should follow the development law,and we should also consider the close relation between Chinese medicine and Chinese culture.In accordance with the problems between health and hygiene caused by violent changes of social life-style,the theory system and technique methods ought to be regulated.In the investigation of development and innovation,multi-choice and multi-style should be allowed to form a multiple pattern.
