摘要 目的采用HPLC法测定排毒清脂片中蒽醌类成分的含量。方法 Phenomenex C18柱;以甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(75∶25)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml·min-1,检测波长为254 nm。结果芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚线性浓度范围分别为0.5040~50.40μg·ml-1,r=1.000;0.5090~50.90μg·ml-1,r=0.9998;0.5290~52.90μg·ml-1,r=1.000;0.8320~83.20μg·ml-1,r=1.000;0.4590~45.90μg·ml-1,r=0.9997;回收率分别为100.9%、100.3%、98.74%、100.1%和101.5%,RSD分别为1.68%、1.62%、0.72%、0.88%和1.28%。结论本方法操作简便,专属性强,可作为排毒清脂片中大黄成分的质量控制方法。 Objective To develop a method for determining anthraquinones in Paiduqingzhi tablets by HPLC. Methods Chromatography was performed on Phenomenex Cls column, with methanol and 0.1% phosphoric acid solution(75:25 )as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml min-1. The absorbance was monitored at 254 nm. Results The linear range of Aloe-emodin, Rhein, Emodin, Chrysophanol, Emodin monomethyl ether was as fol- lows : 0. 5040-50. 40 μg .ml - l, r = 1. 000 ; 0. 5090-50.90 μg ml - 1, r = 0.9998 ; 0. 5290-52. 90 μg ml - , r = 1. 000 ;0. 8320-83.20 μg .ml-1, r = 1. 000 ;0. 4590-45.90 μg .ml- 1, r = 0. 9997. The average recovery and RSD: 100.9% ,100.3% ,98.74%, 100. 1%, 101.5% and 1.68%, 1.62% ,0.72% ,0.88%, 1.28% ,respectively. Conclusion This method is specific, simple and accurate. It can be used for quality control of the preparation.
