活血清热法为主治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症

Blood-activating and Heat-clearing as a Main Therapy for Tubal Infertility

将 2 65例输卵管阻塞性不孕患者随机分为治疗组 2 0 3例 ,对照组 62例。治疗组采用中药口服、宫腔注射、中药浓煎保留灌肠的治疗方法 ,对照组采用西医西药治疗。结果 :治疗组痊愈179例 ,好转 13例 ,无效 11例 ,妊娠 10 8例 ;对照组痊愈 16例 ,好转 17例 ,无效 2 9例 ,妊娠 8例。两组在治愈率、有效率、妊娠率均有非常显著差异 (P <0 .0 0 1)。

patients with tubal infertility were randomly classified into treatment group(n=203) and control group(n=62).The patients in treatment group were treated by oral Chinese medicine,intrauterine injection and Chinese medical retention enema.While patients in control group were treated by western medicine.Results showed recovery in 179 cases,improvement in 13 cases and failure in 11 cases,and 108 cases became pregnant in treatment group;results showed recovery in 16 cases,improvement in 17 cases,failure in 29 cases,and 8 cases became pregnant in control group.There was a great difference in cure rate,effective rate,pregnancy rate between the two groups( P <0.001).
