古代散文史的撰述,以篇章划分体现古代散文的流变是自然的。不同的撰述者在篇章划分上的多样,导致古代散文的流变呈现出不同的阶段;撰述者的把握不同,体现古代散文史流变的形态也不同。这二者以及连带引发的相关问题都值得思考,以寻求最符合实际、贴近本色的古代散文史。相较而言,古代散文史的撰述最当注意的是古代散文的时代、作家和文本以及三者的特征和交错联系,且最好能够通过篇章的划分得到相应体现。

In writing the history of ancient Chinese prose,it is natural to represent the change of ancient prose through chapter divisions.However,diverse divisions made by different writers have caused different stages as well as forms of ancient prose change.These two,together with the related problems caused by them,are all worth considering in seeking the most appropriate writing of ancient prose history.Comparatively speaking,in the writing of ancient prose history,primary focuses should be given to the times,writers and texts of ancient prose as well as the characteristics and relations of the three,and it would be ideal if the division of chapters were provided..
