摘要
目的 :探讨带蒂筋膜瓣管桥接家兔面神经缺损后面神经再生效果及机制 ,旨在寻找一种能替代自体神经移植的非神经组织材料。方法 :实验采用2 4只家兔 ,随机分为两组。 A组游离面神经 ,切断 1 0 mm神经段 ,腮腺咬肌筋膜缝合成管状 ,将两神经断端置入管中 ,间距 1 0 mm,在筋膜瓣管中注入 0 .5ml生理盐水。B组做神经原位移植术。术后饲养 1 2周 ,观察功能恢复情况 ,对移植体进行神经电生理、组织学和免疫组织化学检测。结果 :实验结果证明再生神经纤维都可通过桥接体。恢复正常进食时间和眨眼反射出现时间 ,两组相近 ,NCV、NAP、轴突直径、髓鞘厚度 ,A、B组无显著性差异。结论 :腮腺咬肌筋膜瓣管可作为替代自体神经移植修复面神经缺损的材料。
In order to search for an alternative to the autologous nerve graft for the repairing of the facial nerve gap,twenty four rabbits were divided into two groups Nerve segments of 10mm long were excised from the facial nerve of rabbits and 10mm long nerve gap were created Saline was put onto fascia tubes placed between the two stump of the transected facial nerves In other group,the nerve was grafted onto the places The animals were fed for 12 weeds after graft The grafting were examined by electrophysiology,histology,and immunohistochemistry The results demonstrat that the rabbit facial nerve can regenerate across 10mm nerve gap in all experimental groups The saline group and the nerve grafts group had mean conduction velocities,amplitudes,the thickness of the myeline and neurite diameters each no significantly These results suggest that fascia tubes with stem may be used as an alternative to an autologous nerve graft
