摘要
尼龙66(PA66)切片的连续干燥在纺丝生产中十分重要,干燥工艺直接影响预取向丝(POY)的可纺性和物理指标。由于PA66极易氧化产生凝胶粒子,所以干燥用氮气纯度要高;干燥后切片含水率受氮气温度、干燥时间、氮气流量和氮气含水率等诸多因素影响,控制不当将严重影响POY的产品质量。
Nylon66 (PA66) chips' drying is very important in POY production. The process of drying effects the spinnability and physical index of POY directly. As PA66 is easy to be oxidized to gel particles, the chips have to be dried under high purified nitrogen. The water content of dried chips is effected by some factors, such as nitrogen flow, nitrogen temperature, drying time and the temperature of nitrogen dew point. The improper control will effect the quality of POY.
