宫腔镜检查在子宫内膜息肉诊断中的临床价值

Clinical Value of Diagnosis on Endometrial Polyps with Hysteroscopy examinatin

目的:探讨宫腔镜在子宫内膜息肉诊断的应用价值。方法:分析我院420例异常子宫出血患者宫腔镜检查结果与病理结果对照。结果:宫腔镜检查经病理确诊子宫内膜增生症符合率86.4%,子宫内膜息肉符合率86.9%,阴道超声符合率29.7%。结论:宫腔镜检查直视下活检或诊刮是诊断子宫内膜息肉的金标准。

Objective：To study the applied value of hystemscopy in the diagnosis of endometrial polyp. Methods： analysis of our hospital 420 cases of abnormal uterine bleeding patients hysteroscopy results compared with pathological results. Results： hystemscopy examination by pathological diagnosis coincidence rate 86.4%, endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial polyps coincidence rate 86.9%, vaginal ultrasound coincidence rate 29.7%. Conclusion： hysteroscopy examination under direct biopsy or clinical scraper is the gold standard in the diagnosis of endometrial polyps.
