围绝经期女性患者住院期间焦虑抑郁症状检出率和影响因素调查研究

Detection rate and risk factors for anxiety depression symptoms in perimenopausal women patients

目的:探究并分析围绝经期女性患者焦虑抑郁症状的检出率,调查影响围绝经期女性焦虑抑郁症状的因素。方法:回顾性分析我院收治的围绝经期女性患者250例,将其作为临床研究对象。采用抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表进行调查问卷,对患者的焦虑抑郁症状进行分析,调查患者抑郁焦虑症的影响因素。结果:250例围绝经期女性患者中抑郁症的检出率为22.80%,焦虑症的检出率为26.80%。不同年龄段的抑郁症、焦虑症的检出率不一样,其中50岁以上的患者抑郁症、焦虑症的检出率高。结论:围绝经期女性患者易发生抑郁焦虑症,导致患者抑郁焦虑症发生的主要因素有年龄、月收入、有无躯体疾病及夫妻关系。除了身体因素外,还有社会、心理、个性等方面的因素。

Objectives： To discuss and analyze perimenopausal women patients＂ detection rate of anxiety depression symp- toms, and to investigate risk factors for perimenopausal women~ anxiety depression symptoms. Methods： Retrospectively we ana- lyzed 250 cases of perimenopansal women patients who had been admitted into our hospital, and regarded them as clinical study objects. We used self - rating depression scale and self- rating anxiety scale for questionnaire, analyzed patients＇anxiety depres- sion symptoms, and investigated influencing factors for patients＇anxiety depression symptoms. Results： Among these 250 cases of perimenopausal women patients, detection rate for depression was 22.80%, and detection rate for anxiety was 26.80%. Different age group showed different detection rates for depression and anxiety, and those patients whose age was over 50 had the highest detection rates of depression and anxiety. The main influencing factors for perimenopausal women patients＂ depression anxiety symptoms were age, monthly income, diseases and spousal relationship. Conclusions： Perimenopausal women patients are vul- nerable to depression anxiety symptoms. Apart from physical factor, there are social, psychological, personality and many other factors which lead to patients＇ depression.
