数码时代的日本色情业与性犯罪问题研究

Pornography culture and sexual crimes in digital age

目的:色情业与性犯罪的关系的研究已经进行有年,本文针对进入数码时代的社会背景,就日本在新时代中的色情文化的相关问题进行阐述。方法:本文从社会学、文化学、伦理学以及性学等学科领域对此问题进行简要的梳理。结果:日本社会和文化中,长期存在色情文化的泛滥,由于日本文化和社会对于"性"的宽容,当前日本社会所存在的各种性犯罪日益严重,特别是网络上的性犯罪已经触及到社会的安全。结论:由于目前中国国内也出现网络性犯罪等问题,笔者认为读者可以从此文引起思考,以为借鉴。

Objectives： The study of the relationship between pornography and sexual crimes has been done for years. Un- der the social background of digital age, this article elaborated on the related problems of pornography in new - era Japan. Meth- ods ： this article aims to analyze pornography - related issues from the perspective of sociology, cultural science, ethics and sexol- ogy. Results： there is an overflow of pornography in Japanese society and culture, and the tolerance for such abnormal culture, is currently leading to various crimes in Japanese society. Especially, the online crimes have affected the social security. Conclu- sion： Like Japan, there is online sexual crime in China and we should learn experience from Japan in order to solve the similar problems.
