摘要
目的探讨MMP-7和VEGF在急性白血病中表达的关系及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法测定MMP-7和VEGF在急性白血病和对照组中的表达。结果 MMP-7和VEGF在急性白血病中的表达显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。MMP-7和VEGF在急性白血病肝脾淋巴结肿大组显著高于无肝脾淋巴结肿大组(P<0.05)。MMP-7和VEGF在急性白血病中的表达呈正相关关系(r=0.5127,P<0.05)。结论 MMP-7和VEGF在急性白血病中高表达且与急性白血病髓外侵润及预后相关。
To investigate the expression and role of VEGF and MMP-7in acute lymphocytic leukemia. ~ Irnmunohistochemical SP staining was used to detect expression of VI^F and MMP-7 in acute lymphocytic leukemia and control group, llmults The expression of VEGF and MMP-7 in acute lymphocytic leukemia group were significantly higher than those in control group（ P 〈0. 05）.
