摘要
采用磷酸酯偶联剂对木粉/聚乙烯复合材料进行表面涂覆处理以改善其胶接性能。利用扫描电镜(SEM)、接触角测试、红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和胶接强度测试研究了磷酸酯偶联剂对聚乙烯木塑复合材料胶接性能的影响。结果表明,经机械打磨并磷酸酯偶联剂涂覆处理后,复合材料的表面粗糙度增加,表面接触角增大。红外分析表明,复合材料表面-OH基团含量减少、C=C基团含量增加,且有C-O-P基团形成。XPS分析表明,复合材料表面引入了P元素,且表面元素的化学环境发生了改变。经机械打磨并磷酸酯偶联剂涂覆处理后,复合材料的表面引入了C=C,从而提高了丙烯酸酯胶粘剂对聚乙烯木塑复合材料的粘接强度。
The surface of wood/polyethylene (PE) composites were coating treated by phosphate ester coupling agent to improve its adhesion properties. The analysis methods such as SEM, contact angle, FT-IR, XPS and bonding strength test were used to study the effect of surface treatment on bonding properties of wood/PE composites) The results show that, after surface treatment Of roughening and then phosphate ester coupling agent coating, the surface roughness increases, and the contact angle for the surface of the composites increases. The FT- IR analysis results show that the amount of - OH groups decreases, the amount of C= C groups increases, and the C- O- P groups are formed on the surface of the treated composites. The XPS analysis results show that P element is introduced onto the surface for the composites, and the chemical environment for surface elements has been changed. After surface treatment of roughening and then phosphate ester coupling agent coating, C= C group is introduced on the surface of the composites, which would be greatly benefit to the adhesion between acrylic ester adhesive and wood/PE composites.
