布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇、沐舒坦雾化吸入治疗COPD急性加重期的临床观察

The Clinical Observation of Combination of Budesonide and Salbutamol and Mucosolvan in Aerosol Inhalation Treatment of Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Bstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的探讨布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇、沐舒坦雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)急性加重期的临床效果。方法选择我院2009年1月至2012年8月收治的85例COPD急性加重期患者,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上采用布地奈德联合雾化吸入治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、肺功能情况、治疗前后的血气指标变化以及病情恶化次数和住院次数及不良反应进行比较分析。结果治疗组的总有效率为显著高于对照组的,P<0.05。且治疗组治疗后的肺功能情况、治疗前后的血气指标变化均显著优于对照组,P<0.05。结论布地奈德混悬液联合沙丁胺醇、沐舒坦治疗COPD急性加重期,能够明显缓解患者的症状,改善患者肺功能和血气指标。疗效可靠,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of inhalation treatment with budesonide and salbutamol and salbutamol combination for acute exacerbation of chronic bstructive pulmonary disease. Methods We selected 90 cases of AECOPD between 3an.2009 and August .2012,and classified them into treatment groupand observation group.Treatment effects,pulmonary function, treatment changes and blood gas before and after the exacerbation frequency and hospitalization and adverse effects were compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was which was significantly higher than the, P〈0.05.And the observation group, lung function after treatment, treatment before and after the deterioration of blood gas changes were significantly better than the control group, P〈0.05.Conelusion Inhalation treatment with budesonide and salbutamol and mucosolvan combination for patients with AECOPD can relieve symptoms and improve function and blood gas sub-index, reduce relapse.so it is worthy of promoting in the clinical application
