摘要 目的研究苗药秤钩风中青藤碱的最佳提取工艺,扩展土家苗药的应用领域。方法以酸碱法提取苗药秤钩风中的青藤碱成分,考察提取溶剂用量、提取酸液的pH、碱化液的pH和碱化时间对青藤碱提取率的影响,用高效液相色谱法测定含量。结果对秤钩风中青藤碱的提取率的影响因素大小依次是提取溶剂pH值、碱化pH值、提取溶剂用量,最佳的提取工艺为以1∶10的量加入pH为3的提取溶剂,碱化的氨水pH值为8。结论以最佳提取工艺提取的青藤碱含量稳定,该方法合理可行。 Objective To study the optimum extraction process of sinomenine which exist in Miao medicine named Diploclisia affinis,and to extend the applications of minority medicine. Methods Using Acid-alkali method to extract sinomenine from the Diploclisia affinis,investigating the effects of extract solvent's dosage and pH value,the alkalify solvent's pH value on extraction rate of sinomenine,HPLC was used as detection method. Results Factors influencing sinomenine's extraction rate followed a descending order of extract solvent's pH value, alkalify solvent's pH value and extract solvent's dosage. It showed that the optimum extraction process was extract solvent's pH value was 3,1kalify solvent's pH was 7 and extract solvent's dosage was 1 : 10. Conclusion When applied the optimum extraction process to extract the sinomenines,the extraction rate was stability and closed to the orthogonal experimental results.The extraction method is rational and feasible.
