尿沉渣分析仪与尿干化学法联合检测的临床应用 被引量:8

摘要 目的分析和探讨使用尿干化学分析仪和尿沉渣分析仪常规检测中显微镜检查的重要性。方法随机选取我院住院患者1200例患者的晨尿标本,分别采用UF-100全自动尿沉渣定量分析仪、BW-500尿干化学分析仪及显微镜检查三种方法检测红细胞、白细胞,比较三种方法的检测结果。结果全自动尿沉渣分析仪检测红细胞阳性316例、白细胞阳性178例,其红细胞假阳性率8.3%,假阴性率0,敏感度100%,特异性91.7%;尿干化学分析仪检测红细胞阳性172例、白细胞156例,其红细胞假阳性率0,假阴性率24.56%;显微镜检查红细胞阳性228例、白细胞阳性192例。结论全自动尿沉渣分析仪法和尿干化学分析仪在检测红细胞的时候均出现一定的假阳性和假阴性,而在检测白细胞时假阳性率0,三种方法比较符合,因此在使用尿干化学分析仪和尿沉渣分析仪检测尿液时,对红细胞出现异常,必须对标本进行显微镜检查。 Objective Analysis and discussion on the use of urine dry chemistry analyzer and urine sediment analyzer routine tests of the importance of microscopy. Method Our randomly selected 1200 patients hospitalized patients with the morning urine specimens, respectively by means of UF - 100 automatic urinary sediment quantitative analyzer, BW - 500 urine dry chemistry analyzer and microscopy three methods detection red, white, compare three methods of test results. Results Automatic urinary sediment analyzer test positive for red blood cells, white blood cells positive 316 cases 178 cases, the red blood cell false-positive rate 8.3%, false negative rate 0, 100% sensitivity and specificity 91.7%; Urine dry chemistry analyzer test positive for red blood cells, white blood cells 172 cases 156 cases, the red blood cell false-positive rate 0, false negative rate was 24.56%; Microscopy red blood cells, white blood cells positive positive 228 cases 192 cases. Conclusion Automatic urinary sediment analyzer method and urine dry chemistry analyzer in the detection of red blood cells when there are some false positive and false negative, and in the test cells false-positive rate 0, three methods compared with, so in the use of urine dry chemistry analyzer and urine sediment analyzer test urine, abnormal red blood cells, it is necessary to specimens were microscopy.
