低分子右旋糖酐冲洗盆腔预防剖宫产术后粘连的疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察用低分子右旋糖酐加生理盐水冲洗盆腔预防剖宫产术后组织粘连的临床疗效,方法我院自1998年开始将所有剖宫产产妇随机分为两组,术中缝合完子宫切口,检查完双附件后进行盆腔冲洗,做盆腔冲洗时实验组用生理盐水加低分子右旋糖酐冲洗,对照组单纯用生理盐水冲洗,并记录产妇姓名、地址、年龄、选择2005年至2011年到我院因剖宫产史再次手术的所有产妇626例,其中有37例来自第一次剖宫产在外院完成,有589例产妇前次手术在我院完成,其中:实验组(加用低分子右旋糖酐冲洗盆腔的产妇)有301例,对照组(未加用低分子右旋糖酐冲洗盆腔的产妇)有288例。观察比较两组产妇术后组织粘连情况。结果实验组产妇在第二次剖宫产术时发现术后盆腔组织粘连明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论应用低分子右旋糖酐冲洗盆腔预防粘连效果确切、经济、安全、方便、特别适合在基层使用。
