摘要
目的对从业人员体检肠道致病菌检测方法进行优化,提高初筛率,缩短检测时间。方法运用SS、TSI比对XLD、TSI和MIU等培养基对4280例份肛拭子进行检测初筛。结果 SS平板上可疑菌落的可疑率为19.70%,XLD平板上可疑菌落的可疑率为14.65%,SS平板上的可疑菌落在TSI排除率为61.21%;在TSI、MIU共同排除的排除率为80.43%,XLD平板上的可疑菌落在TSI的排除率为58.05%;在TSI、MIU共同排除的排除率为78.95%。结论 XLD、TSI和MIU等培养基共同使用在道致病菌检测中优于SS、TSI的组合使用,更能提高初筛率和缩短检测时间,提高工作效率。
Objective Practitioners examination intestinal pathogen detection method to optimize and improve the screening rate, shorten the detection time. Method Application of SS, TSI on XLD, TSI and MIU in culture medium for 4280 anal swab test screening. Result SS suspicious colonies suspicious rate was 19.70%, XLD s suspected colonies suspicious rate of 14.65%, SS suspicious colonies excluded in TSI was 61.21%; TSI, MIU excluded exclusion rate was 80.43% suspicious colonies, XLD TSI exclusion rate was 58.05%; TSI, MIU exclude exclusion rate was 78.95%. Conclusion XLD, TSI and MIU medium to use superior tract pathogen detection in SS TSI combination, can increase the screening rate and shorten the testing time, improve work efficiency.
