陈旧性肛裂97例一次性手术根治的临床疗效分析

Clinical Curative Effect Analysis of 97 Cases of Chronic Anal Fissure Disposable Operation Cure

目的探讨陈旧性肛裂一次性手术根治的临床治疗经验。方法对我院2009年6月至2011年6月97例陈旧性肛裂患者行一次性根治术治疗,术前常规肠道准备,均采用改良肛裂切开扩创术一次性根治,术后抗感染治疗3~4d。结果 97例患者术后2~3周伤口基本愈合,肛门功能正常,排便正常,随访3~18个月未见复发。结论改良肛裂切开扩创术一次性根治术治疗陈旧性肛裂疗效好,提高患者治愈率,减少复发和并发症的发生,缩短治疗时间。

Objective To investigate the disposable operation cure of chronic anal fissure clinical treatment experience. Methods In our hospital in 2009 June to 2011 June, 97 cases of chronic anal fissure patients underwent primary radical surgical procedure in the treatment, routine preoperative bowel preparation, using modified anal fissure by debridement in effect a radical cure, postoperative infection treatment 3-4 days. Results 97 patients 2-3 weeks after wound healing, normal anal function, normal bowel, followed up for 3-18 months with no recurrence. Coneluslon the modified anal fissure by debridement in primary radical surgical procedure in the treatment of chronic anal fissure with good curative effect, to raise the cure rate, decrease the recurrence and complications, shorten the treatment time.
